Susse Hven has conducted more than 40 projects over the last 20 years, e.g.:
Project A
Implementation of new, consolidated IT support across organizational and geographical areas incl. organizational change management and streamlining governance.
Project B
Preparation of Project Directive and Business Case including detailed cost-benefit, business process analysis, requirement mapping, and supplier evaluation covering a global initiative affecting several thousand users.
Project C
Responsible for changing red external audit annotations into green by e.g. implementing extensive IT-supported, previously manual key business processes.
Project D
Conducted global implementation Office 365 incl. migration from Lotus Notes.
Establishment of an advanced technical set-up to secure coexistence between Notes and Outlook and full O365 global governance framework and processes (e.g. covering personal data).
